Friday dinner:
Caesar Salad
Spaghetti and Meat balls
or spaghetti and meatless sauce for non-meat eaters.
Garlic Bread

Breakfast:
Coffee or Tea, Eggs the way you like them, Bacon, Orange Juice. Muffins/Biscuits.

Lunch:
Tuna salad over Romaine

Saturday Dinner:
Caesar Salad
Chicken Picata
(Fish for non-meat eaters)
Rice with Broccoli and Mushrooms

If some of the menu doesn't work for you, please let me know.
I am flexible.
It is important that you eat well and eat what you like.
