Coffee or Tea, Eggs the way you like them, Bacon, Orange Juice.
Muffins/Biscuits.
Lunch:
Tuna salad over Romaine
Saturday Dinner:
Caesar Salad
Chicken Picata
(Fish for non-meat eaters)
Rice with Broccoli and Mushrooms
